After-sales service
Following installation, all our customers are given full training on how their safe or cash tube system works. Simple repairs are also demonstrated so that in the event of an error occurring, the customer can phone our 24-hour support service and we can talk them through the solution. If the problem can’t be sorted over the phone, we will arrange for an engineer to visit your site.

We offer free consultations and advice about the best product to buy, where to install a safe and much more. As the market leader in cash tube systems and safes we can provide the best and most secure solution for you.
Free cash security review
Our sales team offer a FREE cash security review to all customers and potential customers. We look at your existing security plan, including safe makes, models and installation. We will discuss your cash procedures and advise on the best security set-up for protecting your cash. We also look at areas where the retailer can contract out the work to someone else – for example, any doors that lead to the cash office or to a secure area should open out.
Safe relocation and Fitting
We can carry out a free survey to assess the relocation of any safe within its existing premises or to another in any part of the country.
Safe modifications
We can carry out a free survey to assess the suitability of any safe for modification. Available modifications include cash deposit solutions via tube, deposit drawer and rotary. Other modifications include installing a coffer within a safe to separate cash, fitting time clocks, time delay or any other locking system.
24-hour telephone support and call-out service
APT operates a 24-hour telephone support service to all our customers at no extra cost. Our call-out service works on the basis that if a call comes into the office before lunchtime, we will do our best to visit the site later that day. If the call comes in after lunch we endeavor to attend site before lunch the next day.
