There are three different standards of strongroom doors. Each provides a different level of protection based on the thickness of the door plate and the strength that thickness provides.

SMP Security Door

Door and bolt work

• Total thickness of the door is 160 mm.
• Outer door plate thickness 25 mm
• Front edge of the door is secured by five 32 mm diameter moving bolts operated by a lever handle, while the back is secured by five fixed bolts of the same diameter.

Locking

• Bolt work is secured by either a seven lever, anti-drill key lock or a four-wheel keyless combination lock.

Anti-explosive devices

• Three randomly positioned anti-explosive devices.
• A live anti-explosive device protects the bolt work every time the door is locked.

Fire protection

• Heat-resistant material is secured behind the lock case cover.

Door frame

• Constructed of 100 mm x 100 mm x 12 mm angle with a flat bottom bar.

Finish

• Colour – standard pearl
• Door will fit a standard wall thickness of 229 mm/305 mm/356 mm or special thickness to suit customer requirements.

SMP Book Door

Door and bolt work

• Total door thickness is 148 mm
• Front edge of the door is secured by five 32 mm diameter moving bolts operated by a lever handle, while the back is secured by five fixed bolts of the same diameter.

Locking

• Bolt work is secured by either a seven lever, anti-drill key lock or a four-wheel keyless combination lock.

Anti-explosive devices

• The outer plate is 6 mm thick, reinforced to 12 mm around the edges.
• The total thickness is 142 mm.

• Bolt work is secured by either a seven lever, anti-drill key lock or a four-wheel keyless combination lock.

Anti-explosive device

• A randomly positioned live re-locking device is fitted, giving protection against explosives or force.

Fire protection

• Heat-resistant material is secured behind the lock case cover.
